Our Inspectors

TrendSource has a proprietary database of highly skilled Certified OnSite Inspectors who have been executing physical inspections with us for over ten (10) years. All of our Inspectors go through the following process prior to completing an inspection:

Annual background check

Standard screening

EIN submission to TrendSource

W-9 submission to TrendSource

Photo ID

Pass a semi-annual TrendSource certification test

OnSite Inspection Professionalism Certification

Detailed inspection-specific orientation

In addition, we have also developed a measurement of each Inspector's performance for each and every assignment. We not only track their participation, but we identify and manage any instructional needs and issues for all Inspectors. Our system also provides a dynamic "performance score" (1 to 7) based on their assignment history. The highest performing individuals are designated as a "Premier Network" Inspectors, which provides them with additional TrendSource incentives and privileges.

Data Quality

Our in-house Quality Assurance (QA) Department excels at providing the highest quality data, which is supported by a 95% client satisfaction score for our quality of work from current clients.

Two verifications are simultaneously documented by the Inspector and reviewed by the TrendSource Quality Assurance team to confirm that they reflect and complement each other:

1. Written inspection

2. Visual (photographed) inspection

Our QA process involves the review of each and every report that comes from our Inspector for incomplete, contradictory, or inaccurate information.

If we find that data reported from the field is not usable, we do not report this data to our clients and re-collect it at our own cost.

Only reports that are verified by our QA department are sent to our clients.
